Marketing and Sales Officer - Industrial Power Solutions
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Marketing and Sales Officer to drive the marketing and sales efforts for Industrial Power Solutions targeting industries such as hospitality, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and luxury real estate. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing and sales within the industrial sector, with a proven track record of developing and nurturing relationships with customers in the target market segments. They should be proficient in understanding customer needs and promoting a range of industrial power solutions, including UPS systems, industrial batteries, data center management solutions, diesel gensets, and related products.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote Industrial Power Solutions to target industries, including hospitality, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and luxury real estate.
2. Identify and engage with prospective customers through various channels, including industry events, trade shows, and digital platforms.
3. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
4. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends, and tailor marketing messages and sales pitches accordingly.
5. Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for customers, including UPS systems, industrial batteries, data center management solutions, precision cooling, racks, PDUs, remote monitoring systems, and diesel gensets.
6. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits to showcase the benefits of Industrial Power Solutions and address customer inquiries.
7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and achieve sales targets.
8. Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
9. Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record of success in marketing and sales roles within the industrial sector, preferably with experience in targeting industries such as hospitality, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and luxury real estate.
2. Strong network of contacts within the target industries and a large database of customers.
3. Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation strategies, and CRM software.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
5. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
