🎯 Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind our growth. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and represent Powertrac’s mission of providing smart, sustainable energy solutions across Goa and beyond.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and business growth.
- Identify new market opportunities in both B2B and B2C segments.
- Generate and nurture leads from contractors, industries, and distributors.
- Present solutions for solar panels, UPS systems, generators, and stabilizers.
- Collaborate with technical teams for smooth execution and service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent Powertrac at trade shows, expos, and networking events.
🧠 Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales or technical product marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with solar energy systems, UPS, generators, and power solutions is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
