🧩 About the Role

As a Marketing & Sales Officer, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across two key verticals:

  • Industrial Sector: Factories, warehouses, hospitals, hotels, schools, and institutions

  • Residential Sector: Villas, housing societies, bungalows, apartments

You’ll promote and sell solar power systems, inverters, UPS units, batteries, generators, and servo stabilizers — both as standalone products and bundled solutions.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers across industrial and residential segments

  • Conduct client visits, site assessments, and requirement mapping

  • Recommend tailored power backup and energy solutions

  • Prepare and present proposals with technical and commercial clarity

  • Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities

  • Follow up consistently to convert leads and meet monthly sales targets

  • Coordinate with technical, service, and installation teams for seamless execution

  • Maintain daily sales reports and client feedback logs

✅ Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales (power products, solar, electrical preferred)

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to explain technical products in simple terms

  • Knowledge of Goa’s industrial zones and residential communities is a plus

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and open to local travel

Languages: English, Konkani, and Hindi
